Thank you for shopping with OD Boutique. Every piece in our collection is handmade with care and attention from our studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Because of the handcrafted, made-with-love nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

OD Boutique is a small handmade business. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or for any reason other than the limited exceptions described below.

We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing charts, materials, and product images carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item before you buy, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you choose the right piece.

Hygiene Notice

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once they have been delivered:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Any item where a hygiene seal has been removed

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at odjewelry26@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Once we receive and review your claim, and if the issue is verified, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A free replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit toward a future purchase, or
  • A repair of the item where applicable

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window, or without supporting photos, may not be accepted. Damage caused by normal wear, improper use, accidents, or improper care after delivery is not covered.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing your order quickly, cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order has likely entered processing and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at odjewelry26@gmail.com with your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OD Boutique is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with information where we can.

Non-Delivery

If your tracking shows that your package was never delivered or appears lost in transit, please contact us at odjewelry26@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange an appropriate resolution.
