At OD Boutique, every order is handmade and packed with care from our studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Please review the details below regarding how and when your order will be processed and shipped.

Order Processing Time

All orders require a processing (handling) time of 1 business day before they are shipped. During this time, your handmade items are prepared, quality-checked, and packaged.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier & Time

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery takes 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 4 to 6 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated by USPS based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Your exact shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you will always see the final shipping charge before paying.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. You can track your package directly at usps.com. If you do not receive a tracking number within a reasonable time, please contact us at odjewelry26@gmail.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can ship to your location and to obtain a shipping quote.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. OD Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

OD Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS marks them as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office to file a claim. If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with USPS to help locate it.
